Gayle A. Marchica
President, Eduscape Associates
As a progressive educator, I continue to have ongoing opportunity to be part of a unique grassroots approach to education. Our team works collaboratively to improve schools by increasing student achievement, implementing meaningful assessments, creating a positive learning culture of high expectation, implementing systems of school organization and management, connecting students with “real world” experiences, and providing teachers and administrators with the tools and skills necessary to create and manage an inclusive, successful, and more personalized school environment.
In the past 24 years I have served in various capacities at the Secondary School level as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and Regional Administrator. My experience extends to non-public and public schools in urban, rural and suburban settings. In 2002 I was selected as the New York State Assistant Principal of the Year by the School Administrator’s Association of New York State and the National Association of Secondary School Principals; a most humbling and honorable professional experience.
Eduscape Associates Inc. is the realization of my vision to create a corporation which fulfills the important role of a specialized educational resource for educators, schools, school districts and educational institutions in an ever changing and multi-layered educational world.
Our company is based on a philosophy of individualization; creating and implementing specific programs and solutions tailored to the needs, character and culture of schools and school districts. Our Educational Specialists are trained and experienced professionals specializing in specific areas which will address the needs and concerns of our clients. Our belief is to build capacity in the schools we have the opportunity to serve so in turn they may stand on their own to serve children. |
